2011 - 2013

While attending Kimball Union Academy for high school, I discovered my interest in writing and video production. I spent my free time creating video advertisements for the school newspaper and various other on-campus organizations.

Heroes

The local volunteer fire brigade asked me to create a recruitment video that they can use to advertise the organization and inspire students to sign up.

Concept: Create an emotionally striking video that highlights and honors the sacrifices and accomplishments of the volunteer fire department.

Goal: Increase the number of annual sign ups. They still use this video and I’ve been told that they receive a record number of volunteer applications every year.

Monday Morning Live - Intro

Every week we had two all school meetings and they were usually pretty uninteresting. The videos I created for on-campus organizations aired during those meetings, so I wanted to do something fun for my last video production before I graduated. I produced a cold open, intro, and outro in the style of Saturday Night Live.

Concept: Create an SNL parody intro for an all school meeting.

Goal: Do something fun for my last video production before I graduated.
