LifeWise Health Plan of Washington

LifeWise Health Plan of Washington is an independent brand owned by the parent company Premera, however it is not associated with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and all branding needs to be distinct. LifeWise integrated video content into their marketing campaigns, so I worked closely with their team to write and produce effective content for them.
Healthcare Asks - LifeWise
LifeWise marketing leadership approached us in Summer of 2023 requesting two Healthcare Asks videos for their open enrollment campaign. At this point I was leading all video work at Premera, so I served as both writer and producer.
Concept: Each video introduces viewers to one of the many faces associated with LifeWise as they answer questions asked by members.
Goal: Create a natural, personable, and modern YouTube presence for LifeWise and help make healthcare education more accessible and engaging.

Animated video series rebranding
LifeWise marketing leadership requested LifeWise-branded versions of our How Health Plans Work and How Preventive Care Works series. This required the development of an entirely new animation style and asset library to produce the content on brand.
Concept: Develop a LifeWise animated asset library and rebrand six videos to follow the LifeWise brand guide.
Goal: Provide LifeWise with animated video content for their 2024 welcome campaign that will help them meet OSAT and CSAT goals centered around solving customer pain points tied to understanding benefits.
