xxx I was the first full-time writer OVBC ever hired, so I was given the opportunity to work with the directors to create my own position and department. The goal for them was to have me build and lead the creative department within a few years of my hiring. Not only did I develop the voice, tone, and style of the agency and our partners, but I also developed my department’s internal processes, expectations, and leadership milestones.
