The 5 Things video series was introduced as a sibling to Healthcare Asks—another snackable and easily socialized video series that’s success can be easily measured. The hope was that more departments would request more of this kind of video content as they developed their marketing campaigns.
Concept: Breakdown a complex healthcare-related topic into five, concise takeaways for viewers.
Goal: Make healthcare education more accessible and easily digested.

Brent Hall - Hydroplane Driver
I assisted the production of a video about Brent Hall—a member of the Premera leadership—and his racing career at Seafair 2023 in Seattle.
Concept: Document Brent Hall’s mission to make hydroplane history at Seafair 2023.
Goal: Share Brent’s story.

Spanish-language microsite
I led a project to launch a Spanish-language microsite about preventive care. We worked directly with the company’s DEI team and translation vendor to ensure that all content was accurate and inclusive.
Concept: Create a Spanish-language microsite that is relevant and unique to the needs of Spanish-speaking Washingtonians.
Goal: Provide accessible information about preventive care to Spanish-speaking members to help them feel more seen in an industry that has so often excluded and discriminated against them.

Premera sonic brand
I led a project to build a sonic brand for Premera. We worked with music producers and a behavioral science marketing research firm to develop and expand our sonic suite. I am not allowed to share the assets, yet, but they include the following:

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call flow
Concept: Create a sonic brand for Premera and implement it in assets across the company.
Goal: Help Premera Blue Cross stand out in the healthcare industry and improve brand recognition.

As the creative producer of the new Premera sonic brand, I assisted with the production of two videos that introduced the project and the logo to Premera employees.
Concept: Introduce the sonic brand project, the research that went into it, and why sonic branding is important.
Goal: Introduce the new sonic logo and notify employees that it will be added to our branding.
